Stuart Irvine Thoughts on AEW Dynamite (13th November 2019) Edition

So very different kind show here than we normally get for AEW, more story-driven than just pour wrestling and was needed after a crazy PPV they had. We started with a squash match with Jon Moxley getting a quick win over Michael Nakazawa which just puts over Moxley even more and great promo by Moxley was you expend and my god he over at the moment. Dark Order vs. Jurassic Express was an ok match and Dark Order get the win which is good but this was all about Luchasaurus returns after Stunt didn't join the Dark Order. Great to see him back the family is back together as without Luchasaurus the team doesn't really work in my opinion.

Darby Allin vs. Shawn Spears vs. Peter Avalon was a good match, but more of a set up for other matches, with Shawn Spears getting attacked by Janela which continue their feud and Dardy Allin getting the win which sets up him vs Moxley next week so all round good build here. Good return for Nyla Rose here and hopefully build her up as the women's division needs it and Kong & Brandi attack again which I'm liking because of it really creepy and just great to see Awesome Kong again.

Outstanding exchange by La Champion Chris Jericho and MJF best promo I've seen in a while and the tease of MJF joining the inner circle was good and I like the idea of MJF having backup in Wardlow so look forward to seeing where this goes. Pac vs. Hangman Page was great feud ender which Pac winning which is the right call as Pac looks strong and continuing the story of Hangman Page not getting the momentum after losing the AEW Title match and maybe a heel turn down the line.

More backstage fighting with the Bucks and Santana & Ortiz, with Matt being powerbomb through the stage and set up a match for next week between Private Party and Santana & Ortiz after stopping any more attacks by those two which should be great next week. We finished with another Tag match to end the show with fun and solid tag title match with Jericho getting his first loss in AEW by Scorpio Sky getting the pin and continues the great push he has been getting as of late.
