So next we look at his match against John Cena for the WWE United States Championship in a Latino Heat Parking Lot Brawl on September 11th 2003 edition of Smackdown.

Season 4 Episode Three

Latino Heat Parking Lot Brawl for the WWE United States Championship Eddie Guerrero vs. John Cena Smackdown • September 11, 2003

Wow, this match was so much fun to watch and was so unique of an idea. This could have been a disaster in so many ways but they made it work, which I’m not surprised by who was involved. The whole thing was great, with the parked cars surrounding the two men as well as other wrestler cheers on either Eddie or Cena (JBL was the stand out haha) which made it feel like a real fight.

Some of the spots were pretty brutal like the suplex on the top of the car and both Eddie and John going through car door windows etc. Weird that John Cena got a lawnmower earlier on in the match even Tazz was a bit confused haha.

But the finish with the assist from Chavo and Eddie hit the frog splash off one car roof on Cena to get the win. It's funny that we never did another type of match like this again because I had a burst watching it. If you want something unique and fun to watch, check out this match.

Verdict: 8 out of 10
